Bible Verses About End of the World

The Bible has a lot of scriptures about End of the World and Its End is nigh, but what do these Bible verses really mean? Why do they say that the End of the World is near? Why is the end of days foretold in the Bible? These are very common questions.

You have to realize that the question of what the Bible says about the End of the World, is not about whether we should believe these verses. That would be self-aggrandizing.

All humans who believe that the End of the World is near, all agree that Jesus Christ will return to Earth, and He has promised that He will return with power and glory. On the other hand, there are some believers who do not believe the End of the World is near, and therefore they are trying to protect themselves from being punished by God for rejecting His coming. However, the Bible does say that their protection is futile.

You can find many useful books on end times online to get a more in-depth idea of this revelation.

If the End of the World is near, then it would be necessary for you to take action if you want to avoid the coming of God's retribution. You need to repent of your sin and start taking the necessary steps towards repentance. If you do not repent, then you will face the punishment from God.

The Bible also says that the End of the World will be very horrible. You will see animals living in the sky, and humans dying from hunger, disease, and war.

For example, according to the Bible, on the Day of the Lord, we will witness the turning of the World's End into a day of complete darkness. And the day of complete darkness will last seven years. After the seven years, the Sun of righteousness will shine again, and then the Sun of righteousness will be upon the Earth for seven years.

Many people who have found this kind of information in Scripture passages, have used the saying, "They shall beat their swords into plowshares." When they see that a World's End is near, they will not even think of using their swords against their enemies. God is expecting that the human race will repent of its wickedness, and His justice will triumph over human pride.

Why is it that the End Times in the Bible, books, and websites, that is so very accurate? The answer is obvious. God wants His people to repent and keep His commandments, and if they do not keep His commandments, then He will punish them by putting the entire world under the wrath of God.
